　　气密性增进剂为双异丙基氧化物与层片碳素的复合物

　　Air-tighterness Enhancer is a composite of diisopropyl oxide and lamellar carbon.

　　二、用途及特点Application and Features

　　本产品主要适用于轿车子午线轮胎、无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎溴化或氯化丁基胶气密层，丁基胶内胎、天然胶/丁苯胶并用胶内胎，以及密封圈、密封条、密封件、密封防水材料等各类气密性橡胶制品中。可增强胶料气密性，延长轮胎和各类气密性橡胶制品的使用寿命，并降低胶料成本。配合使用后，与原配方相比，各项物理机械性能相当，定伸应力，撕裂强度有所提高。本品为粒状，无粉尘飞扬，易称量，无污染。与其它配合剂有很好的相容性。

　　It is applicable for BIIR or CIIR inner-liner of PCR tire and TBR tire,butyl inner tube and NR/SBR inner tube,as well as vavious air-tight rubber articles,such as gasket,seal,seal strip,and anti-water sealing material ect. to enhance the air-tightness of rubber compound,extend the service life of tire and various air-tight rubber articles,and reduce the cost of rubber compound.Compared with the original recipe,the recipe with SD1517 shows similar physical properties,but somewhat higher modulus and tear strength.The product is dust-free and easily weighing,non-toxic,non-staining,and very compatible with other ingredients.

　　本品在混炼初期加入。在轿车子午线轮胎和全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层胶中加入10份气密性增进剂SD1517，同时减去2.5份操作油。

　　It is added in the early stage of mixing.10 phr Air-tightness Enhancer SD1517 is recommended to be used in the inner-liner compound of PCR tire or TBR tire,and the loading level of processing oil should be decreased by 2.5 phr.

　　五、包装与贮存Package and Storage

　　外编织袋内塑料袋包装，25kg/袋，贮存于室内，通风干燥处保存。

　　It is packed in a woven bag lined with plastics film,25kg/bag.It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse.

　　保质期Valid period：一年

　　The valid period is one year

本品在混炼初期加入。在轿车子午线轮胎气密层胶中加入15份气密性增进剂SD1517。
